Exhart Solar Tear Shaped Glass and Metal Hanging Lantern with 15 Cool White LED Fairy Firefly String Lights, 7 x 24"

I have ordered these Tear Shaped Hanging Lanterns from Exhart (6 lanterns) when they first came out a number of years ago. After several years, they do fade a bit so I ordered a pair in green from Wayfair approximately one month ago. Gorgeous! I just placed an order for the identical lanterns in the blue color. They just arrived today and they are a FULL 3/4 to ONE INCH SHORTER!! I called customer service and she attempted to put the blame on me for not 'reading the dimensions'? I've got 6 of the these lanterns in different colors and they are all the same size EXCEPT for the pair that arrived today. I paid the same price of $51+ for the small lantern as I did for the larger lantern! Wayfair will NOT EXCHANGE them and I was told I HAVE TO PAY $21.00 to return them!! I've told you the facts and what I think is I GOT TAKEN! See pics

Made well, and looks absolutely beautiful at night in my garden! This would make a nice gift for anyone!

It looks pretty, but the light that it gives off is minimal and it hasn’t held up as well as I would have liked. I still have it hanging outside because I like the look of it, but it barely lights up anymore and I’ve only had it about a year. Shame, because it had so much potential.

It's very pretty. I'm giving it 4 stars because the description is confusing. One description says it's warm lighting and the other says it's cool lighting. It is warm lighting so I kept it. If you like cool lighting it isn't for you. Wayfair correct description please!

In the day, this lantern is beautiful. The colored glass in daylight is stunning and the lantern appears very well made. There is a totally different story at night...The "cool white" is beyond white and comes off as blue. There are too few of the light, all randomly and unevenly dispersed. The colored glass completely disappears at night with the few off-putting blue light bulbs, so the whole lantern glows blue. Sadly, returning.

I bought the amber one but there's white lights in it not amber or yellow lights so it looks blue using it but not happy with it at night

I bought this in memory of my mother. It hangs outside by our deck. Very well-made. Happy with the product.

Since it has not arrived I couldn’t tell you but customer service is horrible!

I've had these for a couple of years (maybe more) and they are still as nice as the day I purchased them.
