This is an amazing device! Does what it is supposed to! Fully enabling voiceSmart Control! However, my fan, Aire Drop, received an update to the light kit and remote (CCT LED), for which this module is not compatible. This is the WFR50 which works for regular LED light kit. The addition of CCT LED, makes the WFR55 necessary (KW10163).

I purchased this for the Canup 52" fan with remote thinking that it would make a great addition to the fan. This device works fine and install was quick and easy, but I question the need for this device if the fan I have already has a remote control. I suppose if you had a fan without a remote, this would be great. For me, I'll be returning it.
