This is a gorgeous lamp. I gave it a three rating because the first lamp arrived with a broken base. The replacement lamp that I received had a twisted cord and a defective light bulb socket. I was able to have that lamp repaired. The lamp needs to be shipped in a better shipping box and there needs to be quality control to make sure that a product works before it is shipped.
