Lampe sur pied Fireside Lodge Barnwood sans abat-jour

The item was damaged, most likely before shipping, which means that whoever packed the item didn’t even look at it (damage was obvious). Where was the quality control? The delivery driver left the item outside on a busy city sidewalk in 25 degree weather - the Wayfair rep said it’s up to the delivery driver to decide where to place the item - nothing that Wayfair can do about it. Have never had this problem before with other companies. They reportedly are sending me a replacement. If the replacement is acceptable, I will write another review. They sent me a second one that was also damaged - the lamp base was in pieces. They told me to toss it out - no charge.

They arrived in perfect condition and make a great addition to my family room.

Oh well, I thought it comes w shade, now I have to look for shade,
