The pendant looks like the picture, except what is not shown is the chain that is attached to the downrod. The downrod is only about 16" long. The description does not say that there is a chain that connects the downrod to the ceiling. Picture is very deceiving - it makes the pendant look like it is hung entirely by a downrod - it is not.
