Très beau, par contre bruyant et problème avec le faux fini bois clair.

Over all, the fan seems alright. The 'getting' the fan was seriously an ordeal.. I bought it in October 2021 but did not receive it until the end of February 2022. I called multiple times, one time of which the customer service agent notified me that she doesnt speak french and that the warehouse where the fan was was in Quebec.. I found this to be a bit lacking in customer service.. ex. there isnt someone who can translate? Anyways, I appreciate the offer of a discount for future purchases, but I think that this fan should be instead given as a 'gift' for the unreasonable wait as well as some conflict when trying to advocate for myself...

Great fan. Had electrician install. Worlds well. Light not as bright as expected but fan is nice and quiet

Exactly as advertised and not too hard to install. Very quiet
