Luminaire suspendu à globe unique à 1 lumière

The cord is visibly two-wire cheap plastic, not even smooth round plastic. The switch is only 18" from the plug, making it impractical to reach. The socket and shade are fine, but the cord did not meet expectations based on the images and description.

I’d give this light a 3.5 if I could. Simple, classic design. Love that there’s no hardwiring required. The installation took 2 minutes, especially since I already had a ceiling hook and didn’t need to install the one included. But the cord switch doesn’t fully work. You need to hold it down in order for the light to stay on. Could be a fluke, but it makes this nice plug-in light less convenient since I’ll have to tape the switch in the “on” position.

Not as good looking as the stock photo. It is a glass globe, but the color on the metal is, ehh. It’s very olive colored, or a drab antique brass, not shiny brass at all. It needs a 40 watt bulb ( sticker warning for risk of fire)
