I love the way this fixture looks in my dining room and the quality of the light is great. The original flush light was not centered so this was a perfect option to balance the space. My only issue was the directions for installation were very minimal and were difficult to follow.

It’s a great light but I was missing the steel wire that is very much needed to install it. That was very disappointing when I hired someone to install it for me and they couldn’t install it.

It's a lovely light, or it should be. But we cannot figure out how to attach the globes, despite professional installation by an electrician. They are not held in place by screws. The instructions are woefully insufficient: "Install the bulb." There's no mention of the fact that you need special stubby bulbs to fit inside the globes--I have now wasted money on bulbs I don't need. "Then install the Glass sover to the Noched flying saucer [sic] tighten with nuts." Uhhhhhh... huh? I would give it a 5-stars for looks, but only if I can ever figure it out. Truly, if anyone is paying attention, the installation instructions are truly insufficient.
