First, the fan is beautiful. It looks great in my living room. I took off a star because the instructions are TERRIBLE. There are barely any words explaining the assembly and electricity connections. It has a QR code to scan and watch a video as well. But, the video was waaaay too fast and skipped steps. It doesn’t clarify which screws to use and never explained connecting the blades to the base. So we assembled the whole thing and realized we had 6 screws missing spots and the fan was moving around way too much to make sense. We had to disassemble and watch the video frame by frame to realize it literally skipped that whole step and I only noticed we were supposed to put screws there because in the video pictures there were screws there were ours was absent. The video should have a person explaining for beginners. If you have experience with fans and electrical work, it wouldn’t be hard.
