Needed some TLC before it was ready, but afterwards, the fixture is striking, and it is a beautiful addition to our foyer. Even with the issues, I am very glad I bought it. The TLC: a number of the screw gems are poorly manufactured. Several were chipped. The gems are thread in, a full half-dozen with damaged threads that refuse to screw into the globe. I got very helpful support from Wayfair. They contacted the manufacturer in China and had them send me replacement gems. All the replacements were in fine condition. No chips. No misthreads, and all went in without a problem. The user has to assemble the fixture, which isn't hard but it takes a couple hours. I recommend using a jeweler's needle nose plier to help seat the gems snugly. The hanging wire and cord are very long, but you'll need to figure out a way to support the fixture while you wire it in and hang it. In hindsight, I would have left the bottom gems off and set it on a second ladder while I worked. Then screwed the gems in afterwards.

Very pleased with this light. A little labor intensive to put it all together but it puts out a lot of light!
