We have a high ceiling above our stairs and the old light fixture was so ugly. This fixture was the perfect solution. It is simple and understated. The glossy black is beautiful. The open fixture allows for a fancy bulb to be on display. It was easy to adjust the length to just the right place.

I bought this light and is wonderful. It looks great in my room, it's got great functionality and it looks really expensive but is very affordable. Installation was so easy that i was able to wire it up myself. I'm very happy with my new light.
