This chandelier is stunning! It looks exactly like the pictures and makes a huge statement! There are a couple of things to think about for installation. This fixture is quite heavy (around 40 lbs), so you’ll want to make sure you have a properly rated junction box or some other secure reinforcement before hanging. Because it’s nearly 50 inches wide, installation is a two-person job. The included carabiners allow you to mount it to a hook if you can get that installed securely before wiring. The assembly was straightforward. Keep the random wire included in the box. That is there to help you pull the wires through the rods. I found it easiest to hang the chandelier first before adding the bulbs and glass shades. When putting the shades on, it helps to counterbalance as you go since the top shades simply rest in place without any way to secure them Overall, it was easy to assemble, manageable to install (despite its size and weight), and exactly what I expected. I’m very happy with how it turned out!
