The light came in broken and very poorly packaged. I contacted Wayfair and told them about the problem. They promptly sent me another light. That light came in fine but was still poorly packaged. I would warn about the packing of the light from this company. The light is nice but I would not purchase again.

This light fixture hangs above our dining room table, and it’s a statement piece. Upon opening the box, the inner poles of the light base was bent, and luckily my husband is handy and did his best by aligning the iron. Once hung, the right side of the light base slightly hangs lower than the other side. Placed two weighted magnets at each end to balance. We used Edison light bulbs, using a dimmer switch…and it looks great!

Horrible quality. This was the second one that I ordered bc the first one was broke. It wasn’t shipping. It was the engineering. Wayfair replaced it with this one that I’m now reviewing and have attached pictures of. It’s low quality and while the metal frames stayed soldered this time around, the wiring came pre-frayed and the hanging box came pre-tilted (permanently) to the left. There’s no way I’m hanging this up. Too bad bc it would have been a great piece.

All right, this was an interesting item. Really love the design and whats great is for those of you that like the Edison bulbs the warm ones because it has eight sockets. It really does brighten up the room even with those kind of light bulbs. However, The quality and workmanship in this piece is questionable. The first one I received all the crossmember braces were broken like they werent even well properly... The box was in great shape. I looked back at the video. The box wasnt tossed around or throwing on my porch or anything like that. Its just looks like bad workmanship. Another thing I found was its very flimsy and I had to add additional hardware, sturdy or hardware to mount it... Particularly between the post going up to the ceiling to the main fixture itself. Very flimsy with the hardware they provided. I added a second set of nuts and washers to really strengthen that connection so that if you tap it it doesnt float back and forth. So as you can see I gave it three stars again. Its a great piece. I love the way it looks. Just wish that it was better engineered and definitely they have to provide better quality checks before shipping. And this is all based on the retail price. Honestly, if this was only 100 a piece I wouldnt comment like this but this is a 300 retail piece.

This light was way better than I could imagine!
