I love the light, but a globe broke 3 months after I got it. I contacted Wayfair to find out where to get a replacement that I was happy to pay for. They transferred me around from person to person telling me I couldn't get a new globe because it was over 30 days since I purchased it. I said over and over that I was willing to buy it. I tried to google Gracie Oaks to see if I could get a replacement part. There is not contact information anywhere. Wayfair said they weren't permitted to give me any contact information for the manufacturer. So I paid $600 for a chandelier that now has a broken globe that I have no way of fixing. I buy a lot from Wayfair and have recommended them to others, but this was really disappointing and poor service. I am happy to pay for a replacement globe but not a whole new chandelier. Why can't they give me the contact information or even contact them for me? It's ridiculous.

This fixture is pretty but unfortunately, unstable. After spending time installing, fixture flopped down on one end and no way to adjust it. Assembly instruction was just a drawing of the fixture with absolutely no written instructions or guidelines. Had to return.

I’m so madsad that I missed the one review about how it’s NOT compatible with a sloped ceiling. Wayfair was no help. Before purchasing, I specifically checked the QA and product specifications to make sure this would work for me, and the product page was WRONG. Do not buy for sloped ceiling! Didn’t realize it wouldn’t work until installation day. So disappointed.
