Beautiful lamps. Little taller than expected but great for a smaller end table.

Both lamps damaged in shipment. Now I have to deal with the manufacturer? That's not acceptable. Wayfair use to stand behind what they sold, not pass it off. Bases are very flimsy (considering the price, I expected much better). Now I'm being offered a 15% discount for unusable lamps (they sit crooked due to the compression of the base) or replacements? Why would I want to replace cheap lamps with more cheap lamps? Very disappointed in the quality and the customer service.
