It serves as a great way to guide the installation of recessed lights. This frame works great for DIY projects when one wants to install or replace old lights. I like that it is easy to use this frame to guide me while working on a project to change all the light fixtures in my house. It provides a tool-less attachment of remote driver/junction box to recessed lights. I would definitely recommend the Halo mounting frame for Recessed lighting Fixtures.
