Bought two lamps for Master Bedroom to replace previous two purchased at Wayfair a few years ago. They were great lamps. One shorted out and needs to be re-wired. They were always just a bit to big but I liked them so kept them. Bought these last week. As usual UPS delivers them and the box looks beat up. Unpack. Shade is ruined. But there is a large paint drip down the front of the lamp a small spot were they missed getting any paint on the lamp. So now I have to struggle to rebox this lamp send it back and HOPE the next one can stand being delivered without getting smashed. NO QUALITY CONTROL FROM THIS MANUFACTURER! They come right from China to us. Also the cords are a cheap ugly silver black color and the base is clear. It sticks out like a sore thumb. Should be white. Makes lamp look really cheap. Since there is also a spot on the second lamp also ( just not that noticeable). Guess I will decide tomorrow if I will send both back. A shame they are very pretty. But only takes hundred watt bulb. NOT A THREE WAY! Paid full price for a headache. Not Wayfair’s usual style on this purchase ☹️ UP-Date- 11~15~18. Wayfair called me and sent out a new lamp before I could blink. They may have grown a lot since I started shopping with them but there customer service is still the best. My service rep. Amy was understanding and A pleasure to deal with. The lamps are just so pretty. Thank-You, Amy And Wayfair. ‍♀️
