It's perfect!! I bought it to replace a ceiling fan on my patio. The patio didn't need a fan but could use a little more evening light and this fills the bill. I have the same light hanging in my front entrance. What a beautiful complementing fixture and with the 6 foot chain hardly sways when the wind picks up. Easy to install - I did it myself

This is a modern take on a more traditional shaker style. It is a great quality light. I bought LED lights for it and it looks great. Easy to install. Pros: good quality Cons: bugs constantly fly up the light through the open hole at the bottom
