The fan doesn't work. I purchased the two thousand dollar fan last year in November 2025. We had some delays in our construction and just put the fan up yesterday. The installation cost over 200$ by a licensed electrician. AND THE FAN DOESN'T WORK! now there's nothing WAYFAIR can do for me. I'm very disappointed that I have purchased so many items. I will never again!

Let’s start with the good. Comes well assembled and looks fantastic (if I could finish it) Now for the bad. Took over 6 MONTHS to receive my order of these fans. The delivery company said they delivered them about two weeks after we ordered them when they really hadn’t. We pushed back and they changed their story to “they were damaged in shipping and sent back.” Wayfair customer service was HORRIBLE. Dragging their feet on any sort of resolution. Then when they reordered the fans were back ordered for 6 weeks out. Okay fine. Now 6 months later we finally got them. I’m a professional home owner and do all my own electrical work. I’ve hung probably 20 ceiling fans or more and it’s always a chore to fit the remote box under the trim base. But with these fans it’s literally impossible. They made the leads off the remote box too short. The bracket that attaches to the ceiling only had JUST enough clearance to fit the remote box with no wiring coming out above it (aka where the supply would be coming out of the electrical box. So in reality you would have to place the remote receiver the. Make the connection but you can’t because there’s no room to place the receiver AND have the spupply pass by it.i don’t know what I’ll do. Might send them back and I’m deviated because I really wanted these and they look great. They just aren’t usable in they’re current setup. instdnndndnndndndnd

This looks amazing. It has a quiet fan. Settings work great. I looked at many light options and this has that old world feeling I was after. Gorgeous!!

Just what we’d hoped it would be!

I liked the chandelier but it did not fit in the area I needed. If you like the pics and style, you will not be disappointed.
