The design is beautiful and works well in our foyer, but the metal frame should be stronger, especially considering the price. Ours arrived slightly bent. I thought the bend was isolated to a spot that we could position where it wouldn’t be noticeable, but after hanging and viewing from the bottom, one outer edge slightly curves inward. My wife and I notice it because we know it’s there, but I doubt that anyone else will. Full disclosure: we didn’t buy from LampsPlus and I probably would have returned if we had. Assembly was very easy, but if you lay out the glass panels per the instructions, you won’t get the design in the picture. We played around with the panels until we got the look we wanted. Since we were hanging on a 20’ ceiling, I had a handyman hang it. Given the geometric shape, a straight down rod would be better than a chain, as getting the light to align the way you want it is a little tricky with a chain, but we got it done. All in all, we’re happy with it.
