The fan comes with a remote control (plus a wall mount and batteries), which makes adjusting the three speed settings super convenient. Performance-wise, it's been excellent. The airflow is strong and effective, and even when running at higher speeds, it's impressively quiet. Plus, it's damp-rated, so I don’t have to worry about it being in a less controlled environment like a garage. The three-speed settings provide flexibility for different needs, whether you’re looking for a gentle breeze or a more powerful airflow. Installation: It took two people to install this fan. It was not easy to install as we had thought. The instructions on the manual took some time for us to follow through. However, this was the first time we installed a fan so it may be easier for a lot of you who have installed fans in the past. Overall, it wasn’t that difficult either. We figured it out, and so can you! One standout feature is its durable construction. The fan blades are made from high-quality materials and I believe this fan will be durable. Additionally, the matte black or white finish options give it a sophisticated look that complements most decors. However, one potential downside for some users is the lack of a light kit. If you’re looking for a fan with built-in lighting, the Lynton may not be the best option, as it does not have this feature. But if you already have existing lighting in the room or prefer a minimalist fan design, this won’t be an issue. We have recess lights all over the living room and pendant lights so I prefer a fan without additional light. Overall, the Honeywell Lynton 52” Ceiling Fan is an excellent choice for those seeking a stylish, quiet, and reliable ceiling fan that blends well with most interiors while providing optimal airflow.

This fan does not have a light so it is great for use in rooms with natural lighting or perfect for an outside patio! It is also damp rated, so it can be hung outdoor covered spaces! Installation was very easy and has mounting options for a straight or angled ceiling. It comes with a remote with three different speeds. Air flow is great and did not have a problem with it being too noisy. ! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a modern fan that doesn’t need a light. I also have this fan in my bedroom that does come with the light and it’s great too!
