This was an inexpensive product, and I got what I paid for. The ceramic bases are nicely shaped with a good smooth finish. The goldtone details and shades are OK, but not finely executed. The shades are flat packed and have to be assembled. As the photos show, the switch and outlet are visible on the front of the lamp and the base cannot be turned to hide them. The photos and description are accurate, and the quality/value is commensurate with the price.
