I used this light in my entryway . It’s very pretty . It does not hang down very low. It’s almost like a flush mount . One thing when you install it make sure u don’t try to attach the shade. The shade hangs from the mount and center piece with the lightbulb. That was the only confusing thing when assembling this. But it’s a very pretty light once we figured out how to install it !
