Love love the ceiling fan. This is a very beautiful accent to my home, however, if I can not find a chrome downrod to extend the length I will have to return this item. I have very high vaulted ceilings on a slant and they provided a 8 in downrod. I have scoured the earth to find a compatible downrod. Not only do most not carry chrome they are threaded on one end and the ones from this manufacturer are not. I have called the manufacturervendor five times and left messages. Do you think they had the decency to return the call (fingers tapping on counter) Update....I was finally able to find the chrome down rod and got everything assembled only to find the remote motor that runs the remote control is bad. No need to fear as they are sending a replacement that should be here by 1002.

Beautiful fan. I get lots of compliments. It also switches from soft light to white light which is a nice added feature.

This is an absolutely gorgeous fan! I am so please with it, and it exquisitely transformed my living room with a complete upgrade. Only con is, the bulbs do not come with it, and the ones listed on the site are incorrect. I used 3 regular LED 40 watt bulbs. Overall, great purchase!

It's very beautiful ceiling fan with light. But it's very hard to install.
