Amazing looking , great price and such fast shipping… couldn’t be happier

The light is beautiful! The concept and craftsmanship is horrible. Let me start by saying the vendor and Wayfair were great with assisting with my issues. I had a professional electrician install the light portion. The instructions was a one sheet poorly written manual. The QR code takes you to a 7minute video of a man that does not talk the entire tutorial. The mapping of the crystals was not hard to figure out. The wooden chips gave me hell. I was 90% completed when I realized one was missing. Also two were broken. They sent me out a replacement immediately. I was only able to install it securely using hot glue at the top. Pro Tip:Use the hot glue! The light was frustrating yet it is now a beautiful focal piece in my newly renovated dining room.

Missing the bottom of the main body of the chandelier that the wood sides attach too. Was told replacement part was shipped, received email with shipping and tracking info. Part never came. Customer service then told me replacement part was never available and they offered me half refund. I asked for full refund as the entire body of the chandelier can’t even be made, therefore, the entire light fixture is useless. They requested I pack and ship it back to them for a full refund. Ridiculous!

Gorgeous and fancy! I loved the final combination with my dining table. The assembly was not easy, but the final result worth.

So, we didn’t watch the installation video first as maybe we should have. However, the install was not hard but constructing the wood part wad tricky. It took some force to get the slats on properly. The end result is beautiful and worth it.
