Hello, I have been trying to get through to you all via phone numerous times and haven't had any luck. My wife and I moved just moved into the new house we've been renovating since January and we purchased 4 wall sconces from you all at the end of February and have planned to use them ever since we purchased them. When the sconces arrived we opened one all the way and loved it. The shade was white as seen in the picture and description, but the other 3 that we just fully unwrapped today to install are definitely off-white shades and look terrible next to the white shade. We tried to see if they would work by installing one of the off-whites next to the full white, but they look completely different and it has made the entire light and room look yellow and we definitely don't want that. We realize we are past your refund policy time, but we absolutely must receive a refund or store credit for these. The products are simply not correct. We are having a very hard time getting in touch so if someone can please get back to us ASAP that would be much appreciated.
