This sconce is a charming addition and exactly what I needed for a space without switch-controlled wiring. The design is simple yet stylish, and it gives off a warm, cozy light that works well in bedrooms, hallways, or a reading nook. It looks more expensive than it is and adds a nice decorative touch without overwhelming the space. Installation, however, was more involved than expected. The instructions were not in English, which made setup less straightforward and required some guesswork. If you’re comfortable with basic electrical work, you can figure it out with patience, but beginners may find it frustrating. The mounting bracket also requires proper wall anchoring. This isn’t a quick screw-into-drywall installation—you’ll want secure anchors to ensure it’s safely supported and flush against the wall. Wall anchors are not included, so you’ll need to supply your own. Wire nuts were also not provided, which was surprising since they’re essential for safe wiring connections. Make sure you have extras available before starting. Including these basic components would have made the installation smoother and more user-friendly. Despite these drawbacks, the sconce looks great once installed and functions exactly as intended. It’s especially useful when you want to add lighting without major electrical work. Overall, it’s a cute, practical lamp with a few installation hurdles—but if you plan ahead, it delivers both style and function.
