These are stunning in person! Easy install. Directions were there but wasn’t needed. They came well packaged the crystals were already attached, which was a big help. My only con is that although we’ll wrapped the pins they use are so cheap I had about 8 crystals were the pins broke bc of how tight they packaged everything. There should be extra pins included. I just happened to have some available from previous chandeliers I had purchased. Also the grounding wire I don’t know if they come in diff colors but the copper look against chrome wasn’t my fav. I tried to weave it through to hide it as much as possible.
