Lustre empire 8 lumières en cristal Ellisse

So first off there is no manual that comes with this chandelier. I called about 4 times trying to get the information for the wiring. They sent me a YouTube video but it was incomplete. Then they email me telling me they don’t have a manual for this chandelier which to me is ridiculous. We put the wiring in and kind of winged it which thankfully it worked. It was too much work to return it and buy another one. The small pieces of the connectors are for the long flat crystals and the bigger long pieces are for the round crystals. If I could give a piece of advice it’s to do the wiring before you start putting the crystals on at all. It took us about 2 days to assemble everything and it’s heavy. This is probably the last time I buy off wayfair. How do you take product that don’t come with a manual Unbelievable.

This is the most beautiful Chandelier I have ever seen. I looked for months for the perfect ceiling light for my formal dining room.The light is gorgeous and you wont find anything like it. It was very easy to assemble and went together quickly. It was actually fun hanging the crystals. This chandelier is the center piece of our home and has left everyone who sees it with their mouths open and in total amazement. I could not be happier with my purchase. If you’re looking for a light, you wont find a better value, or a more beautiful light anywhere. The light this Chandelier puts out is beautiful. The K9 crystals acts as a prism and sends out the most beautiful light because of the shape of the crystals. I have never seen anything like it. Totally happy with my purchase.

It feels ALOT smaller than the pictures made it seem like. I suppose in the end you can’t really rely on the over exaggeration of pictures on wayfair. You have to build this one, one crystal at a time. The unstructured were not clear and the video that was linked was old and incomplete. It helped but the actual part of putting together the chandelier was more complicated. The installation itself wasn’t difficult. It just took time. The biggest part we didn’t like is the weird velvety cloth that wraps around the wire. It still sticks out and it’s kind of and eye sore. The light itself is is pretty though. I’m giving it three stars because I can’t get over the velvety eye sore.
