Lustre tambour unique / remarquable Lonan

It's a beautiful fixture and I was excited to add a touch of elegance to my dining room. The issues I have are with the assembly. For starters, the instructions advise to wear white cloth gloves while putting it together. This is not a typical item most people have around the house, so for the price it would have been nice if they included the gloves. I had to run to the hardware store while I had someone installing the fixture - and they were hard to come by so I ended up buying white latex gloves. But my biggest issue is with the crystals. Each individual crystal (the ones hanging at the bottom) needs to be attached to a small keyring. My electrician wouldn't do it because he said it would take him hours to complete. I did it on my own time over the course of a week and it was extremely tedious. I had to bend the key rings to get the crystal through the tiny hole and now they are all bent out of shape. I don't think it's something anyone would notice, but I hope the crystals don't fall off because now there is a gap (shown in photo). I called Wayfair to let them know my frustration and upon contacting the company they replied that they pre-attached the strings of crystals. But there are at least 50 more in this size fixture that need to be attached. Not a consumer friendly experience, especially for the price. Had I known I would not have purchased it.

We mounted it flat to ceiling so it wasn’t hanging down and it stands out as the focal piece of the room! Love!

Dramatic and beautiful chandelier. This is a gorgeous light fixture. It took some time to get all the crystals installed - but so worth it. Looks amazing in my foyer!!!
