The light is very pretty and the fan that retracts is a nice touch. The crystals are packaged separately as well as the pins to attach them so plan on spending some time putting the pins in each crystal and bending the wire to the right shape to hang. I dropped one star since the light has 3 settings for colour temp (warm vs cool) but there are no instructions for how to set it. Right now every time we turn the light on/off it switches to a different setting. The light is quite bright and the warm setting is good but the cool/bright setting would be more useful if you want to perform surgery. I sent an enquiry to customer service to see if there is a solution but haven't heard back yet.
