Lustree 5 lumières façon bougie/classique Middlesbrough

I am giving this 3 stars as in the end, after hours of trying to decode the exceptionally illiterate instructions and the overall cheap quality of the product, I got it to look halfway decent. You are working off one illustration with virtually no detail that was stapled on after the fact. The fact that this was UL listed was the main reason I bought this after returning one from another store that was not. I was unable to find a video for assembly either. I tried to do one but had so many issues putting it together I had to stop. In the end, I cannot, no matter what I do, get the chandelier to hang straight. I was debating writing to them to return it but the hassle of disassembling, finding a box (since I destroyed the one it came in) were too overwhelming after the hassle of assembly and then trying to figure out how to hang this. FYI I bought one on AZN and it had great directions and looked much better and half the price but was NOT UL LISTED. I would not buy this one again.
