This is beautiful hanging up--but it was an absolute nightmare to put together and hang. Each individual ball must be attached by the purchaser. The instructions are minimal with no hint of what was to come. And, the first time you attach the balls, you don't realize that they are going to tangle into an impenetrable knot that will take hours to undo but is easier without the balls on due to their weight. The second time you do it you will realize there is no way to keep it from tangling. The third time you will resolve that the only way to accomplish the task is after it is mounted while you are on an impossibly high ladder. Eventually you will give up and ask your dog sitter (who is much younger and fitter) to finish the task, regardless of cost. Let's do talk about installation. We hired an experienced professional electrician to install it. Before he was finished he said in a loud voice: "This thing is f****d." So, as you can imagine the fee was not cheap. Again it looks beautiful when lit. But, alas, now already after less than one year and minimal use, we have two bulbs out. They are supposed to be LED, I thought, but not sure. Doesn't matter. The ladder rental alone was $50. I must be noted that when we opened the box and saw the product, I knew it should be sent back. "Too complicated." Nope, spouse insisted we go ahead. Now I am looking forward to the thought of trying to clean it without tangling. Only buy this if you are up for an expensive challenge and have a lot of free time.

These lights are a bit tricky to hang so if your electrician is not used to doing modern builds you may want to supervise to prevent headaches. The light looks great once its in place. My only complaint is that there are spiderwebs in between the hanging crystals which turns out to be a pain in the rear to clean. My light is hanging 25 feet high so you can imagine the trouble. Otherwise it looks great!
