Where should I even begin. First off, this item was not delivered until a month after I ordered it when the estimated delivery was for 2 weeks later. Now I would not mind the delay if the item actually had everything it needed to be assembled. This item was missing the lightbulbs, the instructions, and the wires to hang the individual crystals. I have been waiting around 2 weeks for the replacement parts to no avail. I call customer service and although the reps are very nice, there has been no success. DO NOT order from this manufacturer. I have contacted them for my order and was met with no response and the Wayfair reps have contacted them and have been met with nothing as well. Although it is a beautiful piece, it is not worth the headache I have been given. I would give 0 stars but it wont let me, that is the only reason I have given it one.
