This item was really poorly packaged and the medallion arrived damaged with a large crack that went all the way through to the back. Wayfair offered to replace it if I returned the damaged item but when they sent the replacement, it was clear that the new one was a previously damaged item that they had just painted over the crack to hide it. They are charging me $35 to return the second one.
