Packaging had components loose but no damage upon opening. Build construction seems sturdy however install doesnt use standard light bar for initial hanging and so expect extra hands. Overall if the styling is what you are looking for it performs fine. I would suggest investing in a decorative Edison bulb for looks. Aesthetically it’s a nice touch of a more contemporary design with clean lines. Sizing isn’t too large for the entryway area we installed it. Because of 8 ft ceiling height we could not use the full length without hitting our heads (something to keep in mind if you’re looking to have it hang lower than depicted here.

I love this unique light fixture, and it was super easy to mount. My kids think it looks like a beacon in Minecraft so that’s why we bought it and they absolutely love it. There are additional poles so it can be extended much further than what I have it. It’s definitely a light. I would hang higher than high-level because the bulb can be bright if it’s at high-level. I like the shadows it creates on the ceiling.
