Updated and upgraded review. A special thank you to the reviewer that pointed out the film cover on the light base. There was a clear film removed by the installer leaving ugly gray printed base. However, after further investigation we found the heavy duty tightly applied covering and removed it. The light is perfect and love it so much. I hope Wayfair removes the original 1 star that was clearly posted in error. I highly recommend the fixture!

I’d like to start with, I’m not sure why such a low rating from another reviewer for factory stamp. It’s actually a protective film to avoid scratches while installing. This a a beautiful piece! The crystals are heavy and of good quality. The length of each strand can accommodate the highest of ceilings and be shortened for smaller spaces. Amazing quality for the price.

Well, I am super pleased with this chandelier. Everything came in one box, small enough for me to carry it from room to room. Also not as heavy as I’d anticipated. To my surprise, most of the “hard” assembly was already done (if you’ve ever put together a chandelier, threading all the wires, rods, glass parts etc, it is a nightmare). This came well packaged with the class pendants well protected. They are quite heavy. The second part has all the electrical parts attached and the cords already attached. The instructions say a certified electrician must install. We are on our electricians waiting list. A nice touch that a pair of white gloves were included. No grimy fingerprints, thank you. NOTE - All the parts are there. It is important to note that you MUST PEEL OFF THE PLASTIC to reveal the super shiny silver. This is in the instructions, but easily missed.

This light fixture looks beautiful when it is hung. It gives out a bright light and brings a nice, modern feel to my entryway. It can't be dimmed and doesn't come with any kind of remote. I had it professionally hung from my electrician who said that it wasn't very difficult to hang. Upon receipt of the fixture, one of the lightbulbs wasn't working so I emailed Wayfair and they are sending me a replacement part. My electrician mentioned that the bulbs are plastic and inexpensively made but expensive to replace. Overall, I would definitely recommend the chandelier. I really love it and I love the look it brings to my home!

Generally I think this is a lovely piece that I cannot wait to hang up! The two issues I have for it are that the wires that the lights hang from are a bit flimsy, so I was a bit worried about manipulating it to get it up. Second, the adjustable length feature is really cool, HOWEVER, make sure that you don't over pull, as its much more difficult to lengthen the strings than it is to shorten them. The strings are labeled on the outside for easy use when setting up, but then you remove that cover, so I would recommend also labeling 1-7 on the inside of the fixture. The lights themselves are a lovely heft and shape, and I love that I can have it be a bold statement piece in a high ceiling or shorten it to a normal chandelier over the dining room height. Generally would buy again.
