TL;DR — lights are great; customer service has room for improvement. I’m on the fence about how many stars to give this item. Personally, I love the light and think it looks great above my kitchen island. If I were to review the light only it would be 5/5 stars in a heartbeat. Super easy to install, looks great, and fits a modern aesthetic. The rest of my review was moderated and unable to be posted so I’ve attached it as a photo.

I ordered three of these to hang above my island, but after taking one of the lights out of the box and seeing how substandard the wire was, I promptly packed it back up again. The cable is quite thin and actually has writing on it -- something that would be fine if the wires didn't feature prominently in the design. With all the options for wires available, Artika chose this? A confusing design choice, given how beautiful the design really is. I called customer support to initiate a return, based on their "Hassle-free Return Policy", I spoke with someone who told me he was not authorized to process a return and that I would get an email from someone within 24-48 hours. That was a week ago. I've emailed them again and no reply. They were so quick to take my money but not so great at rectifying issues when something goes wrong.

I'm Just mad they only offer it in gold but the scones are gold and silver. Cmon. Offer chrome or gold...
