Came undamaged and well packaged but the box had been resealed with tape. Was easy enough to install. Nice clean modern look to replace an old outdated light. Can be installed up or down. Very pleased with the amount of light it gives off after dusk.

Like the look of these lights - I think they’re very modern, sleek and slimline. Could be easy installation but I leave it to the electrician to do and not attempting myself. These lights come well packaged and individually boxed. Will upload more photos once the light is up.

Original rating: Low rating due to poorly packaged and damaged item. I have submitted a report with photos to the manufacturer and currently awaiting a response that is said to take 1-2 business days. It is unclear whether or not it will be replaced or simply returned, I guess I will have to wait for their response before I know. As soon as I opened the box up, this is how the light was packaged (in pictures). I did not remove any packaging or padding before taking the photos nor did I pull the light out of the box at all. You can clearly see the major damage as soon as the box is opened. The light covering that’s broken isn’t even glass, it’s thin plastic. I almost feel like it was broken prior to shipment. I will adjust rating depending on how it is handled by the manufacturer but so far I am not impressed with the packaging or the overall quality of material. The fact that it is already broken is a major flaw, and it looks poorly made/ cheap. Latest update: I received an email from the company on the first business day and they assured me a replacement would be sent out right away! I have now received the replacement and as you can see by the new photos, it is in tact! I was surprised that it was packaged the same way, I do think they should add some sort of padding around the plastic since it seems thin and easily breakable. The iron light base seems sturdy and I hope it will hold up outside on our porch. I like that the company did not make me return the original Broken light since I don’t have a FedEx or UPS nearby. I will update again as soon as we can install it!

Terrible terrible. My electrician said it is not to code and won’t install it. Do not buy!!
