Original post: Nice quality, as expected. Easy to assemble. Update -- less a year later and the quality of this product is quite poor. The lamp shade (and bulb attachment area) fall apart repeatedly and are quite difficult to get back on. I would not purchase.

We love this lamp but it does not sit flat on the floor. We have to use socks and other misc items to get it to somewhat be balanced. It’s too bad because it’s such a great lamp!
