Love the look of this fan. Was a bit tricky to install but in the end worth it.

Perfect for my space

The first fan that came was defective. The light worked but the fan did not. Dealing with the AI system to replace the product was AWFUL! Once you finally get to a real person, they are lovely to work with and a replacement product was sent. The trouble began again when trying to send back the defective product. I had to deal with AI again for the return followed by a wonderful customer assistance person. Problem resolved by wonderful agents but very difficult and frustrating trying to get to a real person who can solve the problem

Sorry no photo, i forgot to take one. But I opened the package and the packaging was good. The fan places are 1 price of plastic, however the color is less orange than photo and a little darker brown. I haven’t installed it so don’t know if it looks good on the ceiling. Great discount for the quality of product. One less star because I didn’t want the hue to be so orange but that’s just my preference.
