The piece that should screw down the lamp shade was not with the lamp. The shade is very loose and unsteady without it.

This could be a great lamp. It looks like the photo. The glass portion isn’t firmly attached to the foot, so it turns when touched. Same with the shade. There’s no way to secure it as it just sits on the post. If it is bumped at all, it is knocked of center. I purchased another lamp with the same, exact shade that has the same problem. The shades were described to be very different but are identical. I’m going to see if I can find a way to tighten the base to the foot but will have to tear the covering from the bottom of the foot. If you aren’t interested in reworking it or it isn’t going to be disturbed, I suppose it’s worth about 50.
