HI. I got this but the mounting brackets had fallen out during delivery. Can you resend?

This was such a dissappointment, the package was delivered with no brackets for install. I called wayfair and promptly ordered the brackets...which then they promptly cancelled without notification of what they would do. Of course when you have trades lined up it really messes things up, i asked can they overnight and they didn't want to...I would need to wait till it arrives. And they didn't want to offer a refund on the expedited shipping i initially paid for! So after being disconnected couple from customer service, i then said forget it I will find two lights here at a hardware store, so can I get a refund for it all yeah sorry to you have to pay for shipping on one of the lights! Never again will i shop at Wayfair.
