Instructions for the remote control can not dechiper the English poorly translated and like space shuttle operating manual.

I really wanted to love this chandelier, but unfortunately, one of the rings displays a noticeably different light color than the others, making the overall appearance inconsistent. The installation process was already extremely difficult and time-consuming, so it’s especially frustrating to go through all that effort only to discover that the product doesn’t function as expected. For the price and complexity of installation, I expected much better quality and consistency. Very disappointing!

Beautiful but manufacture defect in wiring. Instructions specifically say the wires have been properly organized, but with a fully competent professional electrician (built the wires into the house), this fixture came out of the box mis-wired. Everything was tangled. Cost over $2000 to install.

Looks outstanding.
