Remote did not work and there is a blemish on the globe. Checked the voltage on the CR2025 battery and it was good. Fooled with the remote and it started working. I would not recommend, it's cheaply made.

I love having it on at night, and the grandkids love the different colors. They all have their favorite. The lamp also has a USB port on it so that you can plug up any of your USB devices. The only thing that I don’t care for is the remote. These small remotes like this seem to have to be in a perfect position to work. Other than that, I really like the lamp and think it’s really pretty. The lamp has different modes. You can set the color to one color and leave it. You can also do a slow color change that is constant. Another setting is a strobe light, but it isn’t fast and nauseating like a real strobe light. There is also a faster color changing mode. I like having it on the blue and purple colors the most.

Love the zero assembly required. The remote has tons of lights options (although a lot of the blues look the same) which is really fun. The white light is very bright, can light up a whole room! I love the industrial look this lamp has, definitely a fun addition to our space.

It is compact and doesn't take up much space but the design is unique and cool and the color changing is super exciting at her age but also I wouldn't mind having one in my own house.
