The fixture is beautiful but it seems the product was used. There was paint in the back of the bracket. There were no installation guide and it was very difficult to install. Getting the cover over the bracket and ligned up to the holes was a problem because the cover was so tight.

We received the product damaged and broken. Some of the hardware was open and just thrown in the box. When we called to report it, the representative said a replacement should be delivered to us by 3/11/26 which would have been about a week after the report. We did not receive the product on the 11th and called several days later to check on the status and were told that the product was not available and had to be made so the new estimated delivery date would be sometime in May. Very disappointed that we were not told this upfront and that no one contacted us to let us know.
