Good packaging and no damage in shipping. I love that it is bright and the color temperature. I took a star down because the installation instructions were not exactly clear for my situation. However, finding the information online was easy enough.

I love these lightbulbs. They are very bright and I like that they seem to be made out of some sort of plastic that is much less shatterproof than normal fluorescent bulbs. I did take one star off because the plastic does not "bounce back' very well, and one of the bulbs actually has a small dent in it. It doesn't affect the operation any and is not noticeable as long as your fixture has a plastic housing concealing the bulbs. Also, you will have to rewire your fixture to bypass the ballast. I did not realize that at first and when I first put the bulbs in they were turning on and off like a slow motion strobe light. So if you're not comfortable rewiring something make sure you line up someone who is before you install these.
