Swirl Table Lamp

Order placed in August for delivery within three weeks. I have not yet received lamps. Bases arrived very late, no shades. I was told to keep bases, they would ship shades. Then they said they didn't have shades, they would send new bases and shades immediately, I should just keep bases I had, they didn't want them back. Now they say they will ship new lamp bases and shades in December. Feeling like a shell game as I paid for the lamps in August when order was placed. Wayfair has my money, I have their promise to ship me two lamps. I've attempted to cancel my order and get my money back twice, but have been told they won't cancel an order which has been shipped. So I've made Wayfair a (hopefully), short term loan and I'm storing the product they shipped in original packaging as it's not much use to me without the shade, and I don't know what they may decide to do next.

It is beautiful! A quality piece. It arrived expertly packed and in excellent condition. The silk shade is lovely. It gives off the warmest light in the evening. It is a gorgeous lamp and so glad I bought a pair of them.
