I love this light fixture! It was very easy to install. The black is matte and gold is a rich deep gold. It is perfect lighting for my stairwell leading up to my loft. The lighting is more warm in person. Quality is excellent. I love how much character it added to a simple wall just by replacing the old boring fixture with this gem.

The light was very well packaged and protected. There was a lot of rain the day it was delivered but there was no damage. The light looks very high quality and stylish. It has an option to hardwire or plug in as a sconce.
