They are beautiful but they are “outdoor” lights a the glass is just an open tube. Cannot install outside or else water would pool up in the light. My electrician took one look and said return it. Would like if they actually could go outside

Beautiful! Looks just like as pictured. I was curious about whether the bottom of the fixture (where the stem meets the base) was solid or would allow debris and dead bugs to pass through—for anyone else who is wondering, it is solid. But the glass shade lifts out easily for cleaning. There’s no internal gasket for keeping the connections watertight, so if you’re really concerned about water exposure some clear caulk around the faceplate should do the trick.
